Whether it is a life lab or a corporate meeting, every lab group follows the simple CPR format that allows participants to feel heard, celebrated, and supported.

Participants work on being present by checking out of technology, slow deep breathing, and checking in with the group.

Practice.

Participants take part in life lab experiments where they explore creativity, imagination, authenticity, and meditation.

Reflect.

Each lab session includes the setting of intentions and the expression of gratitude to dramatically improve the well-being of the individual and the group.
